In partnership with Proactive Approaches Ltd,  we deliver specialist behaviour support training that promotes compassion-led, trauma-informed care across children’s and adult services. This training is grounded in evidence-based practice and built around the values of dignity, empathy, and human rights.

Through this partnership, we support staff teams to develop safe, respectful, and person-centred approaches to behaviour, including understanding the impact of trauma, attachment needs, and how to reduce restrictive practices.
